Lane Stewart

Lane Stewart is deeply connected to nature. He has a background in concrete construction and a family history of fishing and forestry. In 2013, he started growing blueberries as a retirement plan. Lane now manages over 200 acres of wild blueberries, which he chose for their indigenous nature and low environmental impact. Lane’s sister works with him on the farm, and his brother helps with site preparation.

A member of the Blueberries N.B. board of directors, Lane is dedicated to innovation and eco-efficiency and continuously works to improve his farming practices.
