Ferme P.L Levesque Ltée. potato farm in St. André was started 60 years ago. Today, the second generation, David and Michel Levesque, and David’s son operate the farm, continuing the family tradition.
David says the family farm is participating in Living Lab New Brunswick because he believes in taking care of the soil. It’s a win-win scenario: better soil leads to better yields leads to an opportunity to share results with other farmers. It helps everyone, David says.
